Jennifer Gilman is an innovator in holistic health and high-performance life coaching, transforming lives for over a decade. She is known for helping clients not just live longer—but optimize their healthspan, so they feel energized, clear, and fully aligned in their bodies for years to come.
As the visionary behind New Way Health Coach, Jennifer leads a team of board certified and functional medicine certified coaches specializing in personalized, one-on-one coaching. She works with both women and men, with a strong focus on hormone health—especially navigating peri- and post-menopause—along with gut health, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar balance, and optimizing metabolism for sustainable energy and results.
Her approach is deeply personal.
After experiencing severe burnout in 2017 and healing from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Jennifer understands firsthand what it takes to rebuild health from the inside out. That journey shaped her signature approach—blending science, strategy, and intuition to help clients connect the dots and finally get answers to what their bodies have been trying to say.
